Guest Reviews & Ratings
My wife and I had a perfect staycation in Atlanta at this hotel. The rooms were not only clean but also beautiful, feeling more like a small apartment. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the city's attractions. However, the dining experience, although amazing, was a bit pricey, but we did earn breakfast Bonvoy points.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Atlanta, making it a breeze to move around the city by foot or public transport. The spacious rooms had everything I needed but arrived dirty, and there were no available options to switch to or have housekeeping clean it. The service was subpar, with hiccups in transport arrangements and lack of present staff to address issues. Despite these drawbacks, the location was fantastic for my needs in the heart of Atlanta, with convenient access to attractions like Dragoncon and close proximity to the MARTA station for affordable travel. The dining experience was average, with prompt but lukewarm food. The pool area was amazing, adding to the value of the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had its own flat-screen TV with access to YouTube and Netflix, perfect for lounging about and enjoying a morning coffee. While they could use a little love and updating, they were plenty big enough for our family of 7.
